Darjeeling cultivars are used to produce a beautiful copper liquor with a medium body that is bold but smooth and slightly sweet. Experimenting with temperatures and steep times produces a very different brew that can be quite robust and smokey. A very lovely tea that is suitable for breakfast or any time of day, and quite tasty with sweets.
