Tea Master Ai Fang has honed her fourth-generation craft using Si Ji Chun, or "Four Seasons Spring". Unlike other teas that can only be picked two to three times a year, Si Ji Chun's leaves stay vibrant year-round - giving it the name Forever Spring. It offers delicate sweetness and a gorgeous floral aroma. To round out the flavor, the tea is gently roasted in the traditional Tung Ting style.
Grown by Yen Hwai Li, the tea leaves come from the high-humidity, low-elevation Zhushan area. It can be challenging to use sustainable methods here but he is committed to growing tea without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. The purity of the leaves is evident in the final product.
