Each exquisite “Pagoda” is skillfully handcrafted from Yunnan Golden Needles grown near Menghai Yunnan. The tea is hand tied during the processing which creates its unique Pagoda shape. As the tea unfurls, it produces a beautiful copper infusion with a medium body and an intoxicating honey aroma. The liquor feels silky on the tongue with a rich flavor full of caramel notes and a sweet lingering finish. There is no bitterness even with long steeping times. The size is perfectly suited for a gaiwan although two would be preferable for a Western-style pot of tea.
